1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

AEVUM currently ships to selected countries and regions in North America and Central America.
If your country or region is unavailable during checkout, it means shipping is currently not supported for that destination.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume seasons.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. SHIPPING TIME

Estimated shipping times:

  • North America: 8–18 business days

  • Central America: 10–25 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local carrier operations, weather conditions, transportation delays, or peak shopping seasons.

4. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by your local government.
AEVUM is not responsible for delays, customs holds, import duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by customs authorities after shipment.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
AEVUM is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

We will do our best to update your information before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing.

8. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

To assist with the investigation, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of damaged items or packaging (if applicable)

  • Any relevant shipping information

We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue whenever possible.
Packages marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier but reported missing are the responsibility of the customer. Customers should contact the local carrier and authorities if necessary. AEVUM is not responsible for packages lost after confirmed delivery.

9. DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

AEVUM is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control
